Shuckle Amigurumi

Shuckle is my favorite Pokemon, so it was the first I ever tried to crochet. This is an improved version I designed recently.

Materials:
Red, yellow, and white or cream yarn
scraps of black yarn
G hook

Note: inc means 2 sc in the same stitch; other types of increases will be specified.

In red,

Switch to white

Stuff lightly as you go until the color change. After fastening off, fold inside out at the color change then back down at round 21 to form a cuff around the neck.

Arms (make 4):
In yellow,
1: 7 sc in magic ring (7)
2-11: sc around (7)
Switch to white.
12: sc, (inc, sc) X3 (10)
13-14: sc around (10)
15: (sc, inc) X5 (15)
16-17: sc around (15)
Do not stuff. Fold inside out at the color change, and then back down at round 15 to form a cuff around the arm.

Extra holes (make 3):
In white,
1: ch 10 and join in a loop (10)
2-3: sc around (10)
4: (sc, inc) X5 (15)
5-6: sc around (15)

Use 5 or 6 chains in a loop to make the small white spots. Embroider the eyes and mouth with black yarn.
